Dean is Managing Director of East Block Estate Management and Jackson and Co. and comes from a career spanning nearly 35 years in the property industry. Having covered almost every aspect of agency from residential to Christy & Co and Country Equestrian homes and he has built his success on his relentless work ethic.
Energy and enthusiasm and his colourful character have rewarded him with being the agent of choice in his field in lettings and sales. His expansion plans for Jackson and Co led naturally to starting the company and he prides himself on having one of the largest client portfolios within his market place.
Dean is very much a front man in his business and he leads and drives his team to continued success. Very much a hands on Managing Director and will always offer a personal approach to all of his clients.

Liza Jary (formerly Reeves) is a Director of the business. A conveyancer, Liza has a wealth of residential property and estate management experience, having previously worked for two top ten law firms specialising in commercial and leasehold property, PR and recruitment. Borne out of frustration Liza left conveyancing and became Managing Director of an estate management company, and was at the helm when the company achieved Regional Residential Management Company of the Year 2014.
Liza was also part of the Association of Residential Managing Agents forum which provided vital information and opinion to the Competition and Markets Authority 2014 market study into Residential Property Management Services.
Liza has enthusiasm and unquestionable knowledge, teamed with the motivation to drive the business to success and ultimately spearhead the local block and estate management scene.
Liza believes that transparency, customer service, educating leaseholders, fairness and reasonableness make a difference.

Sarah joined Jackson & Co in 2014 in an advisory capacity to implement change and support the growth of the Company. With over 20 years’ experience in the property sector both within the corporate and independent property sectors, there is no area of the property business that Sarah is not familiar with.
It was therefore a natural progression that Sarah joined forces with Dean and Liza to support and assist the company.
